The world’s best-known, much-hyped one-month-old just had her coming out party.
Photos of Blue Ivy Carter being cradled by mom Beyonce and proud pop Jay-Z were posted online today, along with a heartfelt note signed.
“We welcome you to share in our joy,” said an introduction to the photo spread. “Thank you for respecting our privacy during this beautiful time in our lives” — signed “The Carter Family.”

Blue Ivy, who had her name already trademarked, was shown sleeping in her blankie and being comforted by her parents.
It’s hard to top her publicity buildup: Beyonce announced that she was expecting last August 28 during the MTV Video Music Awards.
That earth-shaking event triggered 8,868 tweets per second, setting a Twitter record.
Speculation followed for months that Beyonce wasn’t really pregnant, that she was wearing some kind of prosthetic baby bump and that it was all a publicity hoax.
But Blue Ivy made her debut to the world on January 8 — although the world didn’t get to see what she looked like until today.
Beyonce, meanwhile, made her first post-delivery appearance at her husband’s Carnegie Hall benefit concert this week.
