Rx-abuse cop slapped

A high-ranking NYPD cop caught abusing human-growth hormone has been ordered to fork over a month’s pay and be placed on probation for a year, The Post has learned.

Deputy Chief Michael Marino, a 32-year vet, was second-in-command of Patrol Borough Brooklyn North when he and two dozen other cops were accused of buying steroids and HGH from a local pharmacy.

Marino, 53, who now serves as No. 2 commander on Staten Island, argued he had a prescription for HGH, and that it was a medically necessary, but an administrative-law judge shot him down last September.

Kelly yesterday endorsed the law judge’s recommendation.
