Josh Gordon to work as car salesman during year ban

The 23-year-old stoner down at the local Chevy dealer who just wants to see you take this sweet new Malibu for a test drive also happens to be an All-Pro receiver.

Josh Gordon, the Cleveland Browns wideout serving a yearlong marijuana suspension from the NFL, will start a new job this weekend with the the Sarchione Auto group in Randolph, Ohio, according to an ESPN report.

The reports states Gordon will work in all aspects of the business at the Ford and Chevrolet dealerships, including as a on-floor salesman, and will also serve as a goodwill ambassador spearheading community outreach.

Gordon led the league with 1,646 receiving yards in 2013. After his drug suspension was upheld by an arbitrator last week, Gordon explored the possibility of spending the year in the Canadian Football League, but he was deemed ineligible. Instead, he will peddle minivans and meet with Wounded Warriors.

The Browns open their season Sunday in Pittsburgh with Brian Hoyer at quarterback and Johnny Manziel holding the clipboard.
