The world’s smallest woman is joining the cast of FX’s “American Horror Story: Freak Show.”
Series creator Ryan Murphy announced the news Wednesday by tweeting a photo of 20-year old, two-foot-tall Jyoti Amge with “AHS” star Jessica Lange. Amge, who’s held the height record since 2011, has a form of dwarfism called achondroplasia.
The anthology series’ fourth season, premiering on Wednesday, Oct. 8, is set in 1950s Florida, with Lange playing a German ex-pat managing one of the country’s last freak shows. “AHS” alums Kathy Bates, Angela Bassett, Frances Conroy, Emma Roberts and Gabourey Sidibe are set to return.
