Here’s your first look at the new “American Horror Story” cast in character for the FX period drama’s latest iteration, “Freak Show.”
And what a freaky group they are — Sarah Paulson is a two-headed woman, Kathy Bates appears as the bearded lady and Michael Chiklis joins the cast as a strongman.
Co-stars Angela Bassett, Frances Conroy and Denis O’Hare are also pictured in less freaky apparel.
Set in Jupiter, Fla. in 1952, the fourth season of the anthology series stars Jessica Lange as the proprietor of one of the country’s last freak shows.
As the troupe arrives in the sleepy hamlet, a dark entity strangely emerges that savagely threatens the lives of townsfolk and freaks alike.
“American Horror Story: Freak Show” premieres Oct. 8 on FX.
