The guardian for a Far Rockaway woman plans to sue the city ​over a 40-minute ambulance delay ​that ​left her brain damaged.
Janice Marrow was at a store on Mott Avenue on May 15 when she suffered a heart attack, according to her Manhattan civil filing.
A 911 call was made at 6:00 p.m. and cops from the 101st Precinct, located next door responded, but their defibrillator malfunctioned, the suit says.
When EMS finally arrived at 6:38 it was too late– the 57-year-old suffered severe brain damage and was in a coma, according to court papers.
Marrow’s guardian, Omi Harris, wants 911 calls and radio dispatches related to the incident.
City reps did not immediately comment.
