Surfer who punched dog walker pleads to be freed from jail

He’s not so tough now!

The buff, blonde surfer accused of sucker-punching a Manhattan dog walker blubbered like a baby Tuesday when a New Jersey judge told him he had to stay in jail for at least another week.

“Please, your honor, I’ve never been in jail. Please! Please!” wailed Corey Pohan, 32, appearing on a video monitor in Secaucus Municipal Court.

“Oh my God! Oh My God! Oh my God!” bawled Pohan, who had vainly boasted on social media about his muscular build and six-pack abs.

During his appearance on a disorderly conduct charge, no-nonsense Judge Karen Boylan asked the surfer dude if he knew when he was going to be extradited to New York to face an assault rap.

“No, I just walked up this ramp and sat here. I haven’t talked to anyone other than the public defender, and he said no,” Pohan whined.

Boylan then told him she didn’t have enough information on the Jersey charge to proceed with the case.

“It looks like we’re going to have to hold you over until next week“ she said, news that also sent the bruiser’s mom Barbara Pohan into hysterics.

“Next week? Can’t we handle this today if he pleads guilty?”she cried out.

“Mrs. Pohan, he has criminal contacts in Colorado. He has an extradition here to New York. He hasn’t spoken to the detectives who made the arrest here in Jersey. I have no discovery, so we’ll see you on the screen next week,” the judge replied.

Pohan, dressed in green prison scrubs, sobbed uncontrollably as he left the chair in the video room in another section of the courthouse and walked out of view of the monitor.

It was not immediately clear who Pohan’s “criminal contacts” were in Colorado.

He was slapped with the dis con rap after he allegedly jumped from an NYPD vehicle and scampered atop a toll plaza on the New Jersey Turnpike as he was being brought back to New York. He pleaded not guilty.

He’s awaiting extradition to the city to face charges for allegedly clobbering bartender Paul Martone, 42, on the jaw with a vicious right on July 8 at West 55th Street and Ninth Avenue.

The pair argued when Pohan stepped over Martone’s Chihuahua, Peanuts, and Martone took offense.

But he won’t be brought back to the city until the New Jersey case is settled.

Martone remained hospitalized with a serious head injury suffered when he cracked his head on the pavement after he was decked.

On Facebook, Pohan posted pictures of himself with a bevy of beautiful women posing in surfing hot spots, including Mexico, Indonesia and Malaysia. And he boasted about his lifestyle.

“32 years single male never married, six pack sicker then its ever bin, hair more blonde, eyes more green. Living in Manhattan in the summers and travelling the world in the winters. I thank god that I am in the best shape of my life without a wife and so much opportunities for the future. For all my brothers who still have this life style we are so blessed,” he wrote.

“One thing I tell you is you got to be free!!” read one post.
