■ Police have released new surveillance video of a suspect in an attempted rape two years ago in Washington Heights.

Authorities say the man followed the victim, 24, into her building at 4:30 a.m. on March 23, 2011, and forced his way into her apartment.

Inside, the sicko ordered the woman to disrobe, but she refused and the would-be rapist fled the apartment, cops said.

The suspect, believed to be in his 30s, is between 5-foot-10 and 6 feet tall, and bald.

The surveillance footage shows the suspect, pulling a small cart and wearing a light-colored jacket and dark pants, entering an ­elevator.

■ A man floating unconscious in the East River off Stuyvesant Town died shortly after cops pulled him out, authorities said.

Paul Bauer, 50, was pulled from the water off East 14th Street at about midnight late Thursday, but he could not be revived and first responders pronounced him dead at the scene.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.

■ Two men in a car were shot in West Harlem, cops said.

The victims, ages 21 and 31, were parked on Riverside Drive near 136th Street at 11:45 p.m. Thursday when a gunman approached, according to police.

He put two bullets into the head of the 21-year-old, then turned the weapon on the 31-year-old and shot him in the neck, according to cops.

The killer fled on foot ­toward Riverside Park, said police.

At St. Luke’s Hospital, the 21-year-old man is in critical condition and his 31-year-old companion is listed as stable, officials said.


 The Bronx

■ A spunky woman pepper-sprayed a would-be thief who assaulted her in University Heights, cops said.

The 30-year-old victim was at Popham and Montgomery avenues at around 9:10 a.m. on May 14 when the man approached from behind and grabbed her by the neck, according to law-enforcement authorities.

He threw her to the ground but she was able to spray him.

He fled empty-handed.

The suspect is believed to be about 35 years old.

■ A man was shot dead in Belmont, authorities said.

Robert Johnson, 20, was found unconscious with head and torso wounds near East 181st Street and Arthur Avenue shortly before 5 a.m. Friday, according to police.

Johnson, of nearby Hughes Avenue, was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, officials said.

Cops said they have yet to make any arrests, and the investigation is ongoing.


 Brooklyn

■ A 14-year-old boy on his way to a Williamsburg synagogue was assaulted by a man on a bicycle, cops said.

The victim was on Lee Avenue near Lynch Street Thursday at approximately 8 p.m. when he stepped into the street between two cars.

Just then, a passing ­cyclist sneered, ­“F–king Jews,” punched him in the face and pedaled off, police said.

The NYPD’s Hate Crime Task Force is investigating.

■ A gun-toting man robbed a Flatlands 7-Eleven at gunpoint and fled with cash, cops said.

The suspect walked into the convenience store on Ralph Avenue near Bergen Avenue on Friday at around 4:50 a.m. and pulled a silver pistol, according to police.

He stole $500 and fled down Ralph Avenue, cops said.


 Queens

■ A criminal with a violent past allegedly robbed a man in Astoria, cops said.

Romeo Bartley, 31, approached the victim at 31st Avenue and 21st Street at about 3:30 a.m. Friday, according to authorities.

He menaced the victim with razor blades, then sifted through the guy’s pockets and fled with property, cops said. It wasn’t immediately clear what he stole.

The victim called police, who scoured the area and found Bartley nearby, cops said.

While he was being arrested, he told police, “I should have cut that motherf–ker,” according to a police source.

Cops also found marijuana in his pocket — along with the razor blades, cops said.

Bartley was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, robbery and unlawful possession of marijuana, cops said.

He has prior arrests for unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a weapon, robbery and burglary, cops said.
