A gun-wielding teenager whom cops fired on in East New York has been charged, police said.

Moses Santana, 19, of Brooklyn, had a gun in his waistband when plainclothes officers patrolling near Hinsdale Street and Dewitt Avenue spotted him Sunday at about 3 a.m.,, police said.

When officers approached and identified themselves, Santana turned around and pointed the gun at them, officials said.

One cop fired a round but missed Santana, police added.

The cops caught up with Santana and found a High Point handgun nearby, authorities said.

Santana was charged with assault with intent to cause serious injury, two counts of criminal possession of a weapon, resisting arrest, menacing and possession of marijuana.


A man was found executed in Crown Heights Monday, police said.

The victim, 49, had a single gunshot to the head in the building on Prospect Place, near New York Avenue, around 8 a.m., cops said.


Police are looking for an SUV driver who fled the scene of a Williamsburg accident that left two people on a motorcycle with serious injuries. A biker and his passenger were struck from behind on Graham Avenue near Boerum Street around 11:30 p.m., Sunday, cops said.

The victims, whose identities have not been released, were rushed to Kings County Hospital and Bellevue Hospital in serious but not life-threatening condition, officials said.


A burglar swiped a laptop from a Brighton Beach medical office, cops said.

The thief slipped into the offices of Maga Medical Care on Ocean Parkway near Neptune Avenue through a side door on May 27 at 8 p.m. and stole the Sony computer, authorities said.

It was unclear if the door was left unlocked or had been forced open.

Surveillance photos from the medical office show the suspect wearing a blue and white do-rag, a black hooded jacket and a red shirt.


Manhattan

The brute who fatally assaulted a man after an argument on a train in Harlem has been caught, police said.

Kevin McDaniel, 27, was arrested Saturday for allegedly striking James Kutza, 45, in the face as the No. 6 train pulled into the station at East 125th Street and Lexington Avenue during the morning rush on June 6, cops said.

Kutza cracked his head on the platform when the doors opened and later died at Harlem Hospital from the injuries.

McDaniel, who has a long rap sheet, was charged with manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.


A city Housing Authority heating plant technician choked her daughter during an argument in the East Village, cops said.

Courtney Daniels, 45, got her child into a headlock during the fight Sunday at about 5:15 p.m., police said.

The victim suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene, authorities said.

Daniels was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing.


A man had his bicycle stolen outside a swanky Tribeca building, police said.

The victim chained his bike, which was worth more than $3,000, to a pole outside The Leonard on the corner of Broadway and Leonard Street on June 7 at about 6 p.m. and returned about a half hour later to find only the chain, which had been cut.

A 39-year-old man had his Nikon camera stolen while trying to relax with his family on the High Line, police said.

The victim was dining with relatives at the Food Market on Tenth Avenue on May 17 at about 2 p.m. when he hung the camera on a stroller and someone walked off with it, cops said.


Staten Island

A thief from Castleton with a taste for luxury cars was arrested after trying to steal two rides in one day, authorities said.

Hermon Joseph, 24, was caught on video surveillance stealing a 2014 Mercedes from Spencer Street on May 30 at about 7:30 a.m., a Criminal Court complaint states.

Around 3:45 p.m., he snagged the keys to a Lexus RX330 from a counter in a mechanic’s shop, records state.

That time, he was spotted by someone inside the shop, who confronted Joseph and struggled with him until the suspect ran off, documents state.

He was charged with grand larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, according to a spokesman for Staten Island District Attorney Daniel Donovan.
