Nigerian artist suing Pratt for kicking him out after harassment charges

An award-winning Nigerian artist who was booted from the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn after allegations he sexually harassed fellow students is fighting back — suing to get back into the prestigious art school so he can finish his master’s degree.

Onyeka Ibe, 42, denies claims that he repeatedly asked coeds to model nude for him and asked a woman to film him masturbating onto her naked body.

The painter — who has exhibited works around the world — began the Pratt MFA program in 2012 but was accused the next year of a wide range of sexual harassment, court papers state.

The complaints against him included: “Cornering a woman going to the restroom, asking for a hug and commenting on the size of her breasts” and “touching a woman’s face and holding it to your chest,” his suit states.

In November 2013, an administrator at the Clinton Hill school notified Ibe in writing that he was expelled and warned him that any attempt to speak to the students he thought reported him could result in legal action, court papers state.

Pratt declined comment.
