Pizza-delivery rapist to get 13 years behind bars

A pizza-delivery perv who admitted to raping an Upper West Side woman while her 7-year-old daughter slept next to her copped a plea Tuesday that will land him 13 years in prison.

Cesar Lucas, 18, admitted to sneaking into the former actress’ West 61st Street apartment in September after delivering a pizza from his dad’s restaurant to another person on her floor.

The sicko said he carried out the attack because he was “feeling horny” and fled the apartment after swiping an iPhone and $20 from the little girl’s wallet.

In a creepy, illiterate, hand-written confession, the teen referred to himself in the third person and said he approached the “completely drunk” victim with “this type of feelings he had never felted before which led him to do things he would never think he would do in his life.”

“I unrap her from all the coushing she had on top of her . . . She also started to feel horny, you can say,” the confession reads. “She was completely drunk. I really was pretty scare because she was drunk and I kind ah took advantage of her.”

Lucas was also arrested in August for stealing another woman’s wallet when he entered her apartment after delivering pizza to her neighbor, cops said.

As part of the plea deal, Lucas copped to burglary charges in both break-ins, as well as endangering the welfare of a child. He also faces 20 years post-release supervision at his sentencing June 9.
