Troubled Soho hot spots Greenhouse and W.i.P. were raided by cops and shut down over the weekend — and they may never reopen, sources told The Post.
The Varick Street nightclubs were closed down by the police early Saturday for having too many customers and blasting music above the legal limit, the sources said.
A day later, a sign outside the club claimed it was closed for renovations, with no indication of when the doors would reopen.
Sources said Greenhouse and W.i.P. share the same liquor license, and they may be gone for good because it expires at the end of the month and the owners have not applied for a new one.
“There’s always something crazy happening there,” said a hostess from a nearby restaurant. “There’s always police outside. Every night there’s police outside. It’s just kind of standard.”
Manager Geano Mark Fassett, 28, was cited with a violation and given a desk-appearance ticket after the early Saturday raid, sources said.
The club’s owners could not be reached for comment.
Among the Greenhouse guests that night was reality TV star Khloe Kardashian, who was spotted at an after-party with rapper French Montana.
It was not clear if Kardashian, 29, was at the club when it was shut down.
The raid came eight days after a Greenhouse brawl that broke out between some college football players and a club promoter ended with one of the players stabbed and the promoter’s face smashed.
The violence erupted around 3 a.m. April 11 in the VIP room, where a group that included players from the University of South Carolina objected to another group allegedly smoking pot, sources said.
Sources said cops want to question defensive tackle Kelcy Quarles and cornerback Victor Hampton — who are expected to be snapped up at next month’s NFL draft — about the assault.
They have not been charged.
Greenhouse draws a slew of celebrities, musicians and professional athletes — but the exclusive club has also been the site of numerous high-profile fights.
In December, “Mob Wives” star Natalie Guercio allegedly bashed a woman over the head with a bottle at Greenhouse.
Upstairs W.i.P. was the site of a 2012 melee sparked by a feud between musicians Drake and Chris Brown, allegedly over singer Rihanna.
A judge shut both sites down for 10 days after that brawl.
