Ex-con killed by cops drank four “40’s” before shooting

A Brooklyn man drank four, 40-oz. bottles of malt liquor before stabbing his girlfriend during a fight that led to him getting fatally shot by cops, law-enforcement sources told The Post Monday.

Ex-con Osbourne Broadie, 39, lunged at cops with a pair of scissors when they responded to a 911 call from his injured, live-in girlfriend around 10:30 p.m. Sunday, sources said.

Victim Tameka Washington, 38, was cooking dinner when the fight erupted, and a fire erupted when she fled without turning off the stove, sources said.

Washington was in stable condition and being guarded by cops at Kings County Hospital on Monday.

Neighbors at 60 Clarkson St. said the couple was heard arguing frequently during the past two weeks.
