Bratty teen parties after dropping parent lawsuit

Bratty New Jersey teen Rachel Canning is back on the party circuit just days after dropping the lawsuit she filed against her parents for cracking down on her wild ways.

A series of photos posted on her Facebook page earlier this month show her at a crowded teen bash chugging from a red plastic cup, smooching a boy on the cheek and hanging with Lucas Kitzmiller — the hard-partying boyfriend her parents banned her from seeing.

Canning, 18, looks in better shape than several of her pals in the snaps from an album titled “Seniors” — which appear to show at least two young men passed out.

Kitzmiller — who took her out drinking every weekend, her parents complained — can be seen in at least one of the shots.

She sued her parents, Sean and Elizabeth Canning, for tuition and spending money after moving out of their home last November when they tried to get her to sober up and buckle down.

After moving out, Rachel lived at the home of her best pal’s father, John Inglesino, a lawyer and politician who footed the bills for her legal battle, which ended in March when she agreed to return home.

The cheerleader from Morris Catholic High School could have been celebrating a $56,000 scholarship she was awarded by Western New England University.

She announced the award on Facebook on March 30, saying “Decision made. WNE U class of 2018 … w/ 56,000$ scholarship.”

Rachel complained in court papers that her mom called her “fat” and “porky,” and that as a result, she had developed an eating disorder.

Her parents claimed that she was drinking heavily with Kitzmiller and cutting classes.
