The paparazzo arrested after a Greenwich Village fight with “Avatar” star Sam Worthington in February not only wants the charges against him dismissed — he wants the actor’s girlfriend busted for allegedly starting the whole mess.
Shutterbug Sheng Li will submit an application for the arrest of Lara Bingle on assault charges when he appears in Manhattan Criminal Court Tuesday, according to his lawyer.
“Paparazzi are not second-class citizens or celebrity punching bags,” said the lawyer, Mark Heller.
The fight took place on Feb. 23, when Worthington allegedly belted the photog after Li had gotten into an altercation with Bingle.
Worthington was also arrested, and charged with assault. He was released with a desk-appearance ticket.
Li was charged with assault, harassment and reckless endangerment.
