‘Sopranos’ actor sues bartender who allegedly let him get beat up

A Hollywood actor who has worked with Robert Downey Jr. and James Gandolfini was savagely beaten by a group of drunks while a Brooklyn bartender turned a blind eye, he claims in a new lawsuit.

Adam Scarimbolo, whose TV and film credits include “Law & Order,” “The Sopranos” and “A Guide to Recognizing Your Saints,” claims he was attacked by “heavily intoxicated patrons” at the Dram Shop bar in March 2013 after chatting with two women who were with the assailants.

“I remember getting nailed on the right side of my face — and it felt like a hammer,” Scarimbolo told The Post on Thursday while on the set of his new Indie film, “Rowboat.”

“I hit the floor and was dragged on the ground. They were going after my neck as they were massacring me.”

Scarimbolo, 30, also accused the unidentified bartender of giving the attackers free liquor shots just before he was set upon.

“The bartender gave everyone shots and then kicked everyone out and seconds later, I was getting kicked and punched,” said Scarimbolo, who is suing the bar in Brooklyn Supreme Court.

He said he strolled into the bar at 339 Ninth St. in Park Slope on March 18, 2013, to watch a game on TV.

Scarimbolo said he was soon confronted by one of four drunken men. The hulking man thought Scarimbolo was flirting with his pals and clocked him.

Scarimbolo was then allegedly beaten to a pulp by the aggressors, who took his phone as he tried to call 911.

He sustained serious injuries that have “prevented him from returning fully to his chosen profession on the screen and stage,” according to the papers filed by his lawyer, Jim Ingoglia.

Scarimbolo reported the attack to NYPD detectives, who have yet to capture the alleged perpetrators.

A call to Dram Shop was not returned.
