Cablevision sues MTA over employee’s joyride in cherry picker

Cablevision sued the MTA Monday over an agency worker’s joyride in a cherry picker last year that tore power lines and damaged Cablevision property on Long Island.

The suit, filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, names the MTA and Joel Grasman, 53, who was allegedly trying to steal tools.

The suit seeks $188,500 in damage.
