Alleged Times Square ‘Toy Story’ butt grabber refuses plea deal

A man who impersonates the cartoon character Woody from “Toy Story” in Times Square refused a no-jail plea deal Thursday for allegedly grabbing the butt of a woman who posed for a picture with him.

Jose Vasquez, 44, rejected an offer to enroll in a sex offenders’ program if he copped to misdemeanor forcible touching today in Manhattan Criminal Court.

Vasquez works in Times Square as Sheriff Woody Pride posing with tourists in exchange for tips.

He faces misdemeanor forcible touching and sexual abuse raps for the Jan. 9 incident.

Vasquez is the latest in a long line of menacing Times Square costume characters arrested for outlandish behavior while posing for photos with tourists.

A man attired as Cookie Monster from “Sesame Street” was busted last June for allegedly shoving a toddler whose mom wouldn’t tip him.

A Spider Man impersonator was collared last February for allegedly punching a woman in the face who balked at a handout.

And an Elmo character was thrown in jail for trying to extort $2 million from the Girl Scouts of America.
