Power trio seen dining together at Four Seasons

On the Money spies may have found cause for some companies to worry.

Blackstone Group head Stephen Schwarzman, perhaps the biggest buyout king; JPMorgan’s Jimmy Lee, who finances the largest deals; and Dan Loeb, one of the more influential shareholder activists, were seen dining together at the Four Seasons recently.

Were Loeb and Schwarzman plotting a corporate raid to be financed by Lee?

Loeb was in the news last week, calling for Dow Chemical to split itself in two and that he took a position in BlackBerry.

A source close to Schwarzman said he is good friends with Loeb and Lee, and if a meeting occurred it had nothing to do with the chemical giant.
