THE High Holy days of rock have been rebranded as “Rush Hashanah.”

Cable channel VH1 Classic is turning the the first day of Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year which starts at sundown Sept. 29, into a heavy-metal marathon for the Canadian band, Rush.

As well, it said yesterday, it is airing the rarely seen “Bob Dylan Unplugged” next month to coincide with the release of a new CD.
