SCANDAL NBA REF IN NEW BUST

That was fast.

Crooked NBA ref Tim Donaghy — just out of prison after serving time for betting on games he worked — was rearrested yesterday on a probation violation, it was reported last night.

Citing Hillsborough County, Fla., jail records, the Tampa Tribune and an ABC affiliate in Tampa reported the 42-year-old Donaghy was taken into custody by the US Marshal’s Office shortly after 11 a.m.

He was charged with a federal rule violation, but the records don’t specify what the violation was.

Donaghy — after The Post exposed the scandal — admitted to betting on NBA games, including some he officiated. He pleaded guilty in 2007 to charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and transferring betting information in violation of interstate commerce regulations.

He was sentenced in November 2007 to 15 months.

In June, he left a federal prison in Pensacola, Fla., to serve the rest of his sentence at a halfway house in Tampa.
