West test for Oak Hill

The private-equity owner of Duane Reade is one of two finalists bidding for California discount chain Grocery Outlet, a source close to the situation told The Post.

Oak Hill Capital Partners is vying with CCMP Capital Advisors for the 130- store retailer, which is expected to attract bids around $400 million. CCMP also owns the sandwich chain Quiznos and retailer Vitamin Shoppe.

Goldman Sachs, which is advising Grocery Outlet, is expected to announce a winner this week.

A Grocery Outlet spokeswoman declined to comment.
