Still, Ruth doesn’t want to move. She won’t even allow brokers inside the duplex to make their own appraisal of its value, sources said. They have only floor plans to go on.
If Ruth were in a position to buy a co-op or condo, it could be bought by a company, keeping her name secret. But if she rents, her name has to go on the lease.
