Is Kelly Ripa saying so long to SoHo?

We hear that Ripa and hubby Mark Consuelos are quietly shopping their stunning duplex penthouse at 76 Crosby St. They bought the huge, 9,865-square-foot unit for $9.5 million in 2005, and it’s estimated that it could fetch $15 million to $20 million now.

Leaving the apartment might be a source of contention within what seems like an otherwise happy family. Sources say Consuelos wants to live uptown while Ripa would love to stay downtown in SoHo.

Their current building has had its share of high-profile deals and residents. Samuel L. Jackson paid about $4 million for a 76 Crosby unit for his daughter, who is neighbors with Gawker Media boss Nick Denton. Harvey Weinstein once housed stars like Leonardo DiCaprio in the building, and Nicole Kidman stayed there while recovering from her breakup with rocker Lenny Kravitz, who once owned a penthouse at nearby 30 Crosby St.

Ripa’s rep did not get back to us.

‘Point’ taken

Stephen Haymes, whose family real estate business owns 5 Penn Plaza, has just sold “The Point,” an 11,500-square-foot home on 2.2 acres in Westhampton for $13 million. That’s far less than its original $20 million asking price two years ago, but still a record sale west of the Shinnecock Canal.

The buyer is hedge-funder Paul Levy. The eight-bedroom home, with 380 feet of water frontage, comes with a pool, pool cabana, two-bedroom guest cottage and deepwater dock. It has water views from Moriches Bay to the ocean. Listing broker Enzo Morabito of Prudential Douglas Elliman could not be reached for comment.

‘Smaller’ world

Real estate honcho Nick Rizzo Jr., managing director of Loeb Partners Realty, just bought a $3.5 million, new-construction home in Sagaponack. The 6,200-square-foot home at 3 Sagaponack Court, on 2 acres, features a pool and tennis court. It’s one of six new homes on the same street built by Farrell Building Company, which founder Joe Farrell says has moved into the “sweet spot” of creating “smaller, less expensive” homes. Yes, this qualifies as smaller and less expensive in the Hamptons!

Lady’s still a looker — and so is Parker

Some recent Gimme Shelter regulars are still keeping brokers busy.

For the last two weeks, we’ve covered Lady Gaga’s apartment search. She’s been dressed in outrageous outfits and sometimes had her more low-key rocker/boyfriend Luc Carl in tow while looking for a rental in the $20,000 to $25,000 range.

But this week, Gaga and Carl saw a four-bedroom penthouse at SoHo Mews that is only officially for sale, listed for $9.975 million. The 3,468-square-foot condo has a hot tub set on a 1,591-square-foot wraparound terrace.

Meanwhile uptown, Sarah Jessica Parker is continuing her home hunt on the Upper East Side.

Moving on from last week’s $29.8 million penthouse at 610 Park Ave., she has since checked out a $24.5 million, 11,875-square-foot townhouse at 870 Park Ave. The six-bedroom, six-bathroom home is four floors.

Parker also looked at the $20 million former Woolworth mansion at 2 E. 80th St. That’s a 6,850-square-foot, six-bedroom, 6½-bath residence.
