‘PEEPER’ PROBE ON ROAD TO NOWHERE

Erin Andrews’ lawyer yesterday refused to reveal details of alleged “investigations” into an Internet voyeur video of her naked in a hotel room.

The continued stonewalling by the sexy sideline reporter’s lawyer — nearly a month after the video came to public light — has raised questions about who, if anyone, is investigating the case.

“We do not comment on pending investigations,” said Marshall Grossman, her lawyer.

Grossman has repeatedly refused to identify which authorities are supposedly conducting the probes, and where and when the video of the nude Andrews, 31, could have been shot.

Late last month, when the videos became publicly known, Grossman thundered, “We are focused on putting this predator behind bars . . . This conduct is unacceptable in a civilized society.”

But as of yesterday, the Web site where the video of Andrews first was posted last winter — http://www.dailymotion.com — had not been contacted by authorities searching for electronic footprints that could easily identify the pervy poster, said a source familiar with the case.

“Maybe even Erin Andrews wants this to go away,” said the source. “No one wants to see this blow up and keep going. It’s not good business.”

Todd Stefan, of the Los Angeles computer-security firm Setec Investigations, said it’s “surprising” that no authorities have reached out to dailymotion.com weeks after the ESPN beauty acknowledged the video was of her.

“You would think the first and best stop to go to would be that Web site,” Stefan said.

ESPN declined comment and referred all questions to Grossman.
