JURY SEATED IN ASTOR CASE

If she indeed was swindled as prosecutors say, philanthropist Brooke Astor may now be avenged by a jury that includes seven white women — three of them retirees.

Defense lawyers and prosecutors agreed yesterday on a Manhattan Supreme Court jury that’s mostly female, and both blue- and white-collar — without a monogrammed collar in sight.

Opening statements will be made either a week from today or on the following Monday, lawyers said.

Astor’s 84-year-old son, Anthony Marshall, and estates lawyer Francis Morrissey are charged with conspiring to swindle the Alzheimer’s-stricken centenarian out of more than $50 million.

The trial is expected to take two months and will feature cameo appearances — or at least mentions — by dignitaries including Henry Kissinger, Kofi Annan, Barbara Walters and Annette de la Renta.
