Starr report

Federico Castelluccio, Paul Sorvino and Tony Lo Bianco star in the new short movie “Lily of the Feast,” which will make its world premiere on Sunday, July 10 at the 14th Annual Long Island International Film Expo in Bellmore.

The flick, directed by Castelluccio and written and produced by Michael Ricigliano Jr., was filmed in Williamsburg (Brooklyn) and Jersey City last year. Set in 1973 Williamsburg, it tells the story of Santo Bastucci (Castelluccio), a former bookie-turned banker with a propensity for memorizing numbers who’s (unwittingly) involved in an aging mobster’s (Lo Bianco) bid for power. Sorvino plays Santo’s father-in-law. Arthur Nascarella co-stars.

Castelluccio will attend the July 10th screening; he and Ricigliano will participate in a Q&A session for audience members afterwards.

Ricigliano, by the way, is doing double-duty here; he also practices business law at Margiotta & Ricigliano, a Melville-based law firm. He’s just had a feature-film script called “Redemption” optioned by former Paramout/Dreamworks exec Martin Cohen.

That sucks: “True Blood” star Stephen Moyer on his “Last Injury” in the latest edition of People magazine: “I was in Italy last year for vacation with my wife [Anna Paquin] and I stepped off a curb and dislocated my ankle.

“I looked down, and my leg was lower than my foot! I was on crutches the rest of the vacation.”

Moyer also recounts his “Last Good Deed”: “Picking up the dog poop next to our trampoline. It’s my job. Someone has to do it.”

Last, but not least:

* Ch. 2’s Kristine Johnson is a guest co-host today on “The Talk” (2 p.m./Ch. 2) . . . ESPN’s Jay Williams hitting the links at the Hamptons Golf Classic with Bengals star Dhani Jones (who’s hosting VH1’s “Tons of Cash” this summer) . . . Via Rachel Fox: Disney’s three-part “Friends for Change Games” snared over 12.3 million total viewers last weekend on Disney Channel . . . “MasterChef” winner Whitney Miller’s first cookbook, “Modern Hospitality,” will be published July 5 — and she’ll appear on season 2 of the Fox series that night . . . The 15th (and final) season of “ER” is out on DVD July 12. Kudos to anyone who stuck with the series until the bitter end.
