Rep. Randy Neugebauer expressed regret yesterday for yelling “baby killer” at Rep. Bart Stupak during the health-care debate in the House of Representatives Sunday night.
Neugebauer (R-Texas) said he has apologized to Stupak (D-Mich.) — who had earlier agreed to support the bill after tougher restrictions on federal abortion funding were added — and that his comment was “inappropriate.”
