PBA President Patrick Lynch yesterday blasted rapper-turned-actor Ice-T, who plays Detective Fin Tutuola on TV’s “Law & Order: SVU,” for his expletive-laced tirade at a cop who arrested him outside the Lincoln Tunnel for allegedly driving with a suspended license.
Ice-T called his arresting officer a “punk bitch rookie cop” on his Twitter page, and said the cop busted him only to show off to fellow officers at the precinct.
“[Ice-T] may play a police officer on TV, but his disdain for law enforcement is well-documented,” Lynch said. “Real police officers enforce real laws that exist to keep everyone safe, even a disrespectful, former rap performer-turned-actor, whether he likes it or not.”
