Call it 11th heaven

41 5th Ave. Cuploa (Catherine Nance)

A new luxury building near the High Line is getting some more high-profile residents. Australian actress Nicole Kidman and musician husband Keith Urban have just closed on a $10 million penthouse at 200 11th Ave.

The celeb-friendly building has generated buzz for its “sky garages,” where owners can park their cars on their floors. Kidman and Urban’s new neighbors include Domenico Dolce of Dolce & Gabbana, who bought two penthouses for $29 million.

Kidman and Urban’s three-bedroom, 3½-bathroom, 3,248-square-foot penthouse, which was listed for $12.5 million, has views of the Hudson River from two terraces, plus a dramatic stairway.

Interior designer Jamie Drake, whose work includes Gracie Mansion, also just closed on a $5 million unit in the building.

Prudential Douglas Elliman broker Leonard Steinberg, who handles 200 11th Ave., did not return phone calls.

Bouncing off the Wall

Screenwriter Allan Loeb wrote “Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps,” but he’s spending his own money on a Flatiron condo. Loeb is buying a two-bedroom at 141 Fifth Ave. for close to $3.9 million.

The 1,766-square-foot apartment on the 28th floor has 10½-foot ceilings, oversized windows, a freestanding bathtub and a kitchen with a six-burner Wolf range and Sub-Zero refrigerator.

The building, a conversion of an 1897 structure, is still trying to sell its dramatic cupola penthouse. That two-bedroom, 3,200-square-foot unit is $12 million.

Nearby, the penthouse duplex at 31 W. 21st St., which served as the home of Shia LaBeouf’s character in the “Wall Street” sequel, is back on the market for $15 million. That penthouse is 6,250 square feet, with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. It also has 3,300 square feet of outdoor space.

Gaga’s still on the go

Lady Gaga is still prancing around the city in her underwear, checking out apartment rentals in the $20,000 to $25,000 range.

This week, we bring you news of her visit to fancy 408 Greenwich St. in TriBeCa, where she saw a fourth-floor, $24,000-a-month rental while her bartender/rocker boyfriend, Luc Carl, waited in the car. Gaga, not surprisingly, showed up in a getup including a G-string, black corset and fishnets.

The one-bedroom, two-bathroom rental is 3,428 square feet and comes with a private keyed elevator and security system, along with big arched windows.

And if chugging beer and an “occasional” snort of cocaine takes a toll on her body, Gaga can just go down one floor to celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson’s gym. Anderson, perhaps best known as Madonna’s former trainer, has also buffed up Gwyneth Paltrow and Chelsea Clinton.

Carpenters are on top of the world

Vroom vroom vroom.

Edmund Carpenter, the retired CEO of the Barnes Group, a car and plane parts manufacturer, and his wife, Mary, just bought a co-op at swanky 840 Park Ave. for $9.25 million.

The duplex residence, which was previously listed for $10.5 million, has five bedrooms (two with fireplaces), four bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows and wrought-iron juliet balconies.

The apartment is in a gracious, 12-story prewar building with an arched entrance that was built in 1912 and converted into a co-op building in 1953.

Reality check

Congratulations to Dan Lembo, a broker in Water Mill who is on “Survivor,” and to two Brown Harris Stevens brokers, Brenda Powers and Elizabeth Sample, who made it past the first cut of candidates to potentially join the cast of “The Real Housewives of New York City.”
