Here’s a first glimpse of the cast of “Law & Order: Los Angeles,” which has begun shooting on the Left Coast.
“LOLA” is the first “Law & Order” spinoff to be set in Tinseltown, which (naturally) hides a seamy underbelly beneath its sheen of glitz and glamour.
Skeet Ulrich stars as Det. Rex Winters, a tough-talking ex-Marine who partners with Tomas “TJ” Jarusalski (Corey Stoll) to track down the bad guys as members of the LAPD’s Robbery Homicide Division.
Over on the “Law” side of the ledger, a close-cropped Alfred Molina and Regina Hall play Deputy DA Peter Morales — who’s described as “a sarcastic realist” — and his colleague, Assistant DA Evelyn Price.
“LOLA” also co-stars Wanda De Jesus as Lt. Arleen Gonzales and Terrence Howard as Deputy DA Jonas “Joe” Dekker.
The series will premiere Wednesday, Sept. 29 on NBC (10 p.m./Ch. 4).
