Cop bracelets in posh thefts

Four high-end thieves were cuffed by police after using forged credit cards to steal nearly $8,000 in merchandise from a tony Upper East Side accessories boutique and then leading cops on a high-speed car chase, authorities said yesterday.

Warren David, 31, Gavin Marchand, 35, Derwin Benoit, 34, and Ryan Campbell, 32, were arrested Saturday and charged with grand larceny and identity theft during a police sting operation at Hermes on Madison Avenue, sources said.

The sting began a month ago when employees at the French-label outlet first noticed fraudulent activity.
