Charlie Sheen returns to TV next week with a new sitcom — “Anger Management” — and a new, sexy co-star.

Outsourced” alum Noureen DeWulf plays one of a half dozen patients in Sheen’s group-therapy sessions.

“My character, Lacey, shot her boyfriend in the balls for cheating on her,” the eye-popping actress reveals. “She kind of oscillates between ‘I don’t give a f–k’ and extreme violent rage.”

DeWulf, 28, admits she, too, has a short fuse — especially when it comes to poor customer service.

“I went off on a bartender the other night,” she tells The Post. “I just thought he was so rude to my friends. I had to give him a little chatting to.

“Sometimes I have a button [that gets pushed]. Everyone has a button. Mine is just more readily available because I am an actor.”

Luckily, the Georgia-bred star — who is married to Buffalo Sabres goalie Ryan Miller — didn’t have to show off her own sharp-shooting skills.

“I shot an AK-47 in my first short film, ‘West Bank Story,’ ” she boasts. “It won an Oscar!”
