Knicks’ Stoudemire to work on post-up game with Olajuwon: report

Knicks forward Amar’e Stoudemire will work out with Rockets legend Hakeem Olajuwon in August in hopes of improving his post-up game, ESPN.com reports.

Olajuwon, who led Houston over the Knicks in the 1994 NBA Finals, has tutored NBA stars Kobe Bryant, Dwight Howard and LeBron James in recent offseasons. Olajuwon will fly to New York to work with Stoudemire, who was fined $50,000 for a homosexual Twitter slur on Tuesday.

The report says that Knicks center Tyson Chandler might join Stoudemire and Olajuwon.
