Billionaire ‘catwoman’ Jocelyn Wildenstein evades eviction

Big-bucks socialite Jocelyn Wildenstein narrowly avoided eviction proceedings among the huddled masses of Housing Court yesterday.

Wildenstein, who spent millions on repeated plastic surgeries to acquire feline features, was set to face off against landlord Fima Shusterman yesterday, but the two sides called off the proceeding at the last minute.

“The parties have amicably settled their differences,” the landlord’s attorney Brian Stark told The Post.

Shusterman had tried to boot Wildenstein from unit 57B at the iconic tower at 845 UN Plaza.

The “Bride of Wildenstein,” dubbed as such for her $2.5 billion divorce settlement from ex Alec Wildenstein, owed $73,500 in rent to Shusterman, court documents allege.

The landlord filed eviction papers in December. Neither Wildenstein nor her attorney returned calls for comment.
