Woman claims cop peeped at XXX phone pics, videos

A Queens mom claims a cop forced her to unlock her cellphone with her password, and then peeped at sexually explicit pictures and videos on the device after she was arrested outside an Astoria strip club, according to a Brooklyn federal lawsuit.

Katherine Martinez was hanging out with her uncle, her cousin and a friend in front of the Riviera Gentleman’s Club in September 2012 when the cousin was confronted by cops for urinating in public, according to the lawsuit.

The officers told the cousin that there was a warrant out for his arrest and began handcuffing him.

When Martinez tried to intervene, Officer Luis Gutierrez handcuffed her, all the while calling her a “bitch” and a “slut,” the suit claims.

At the station house, Gutierrez demanded that she unlock her cellphone and then disappeared with it, the suit says.

“I saw your p—y,” he later taunted her, according to the suit. “I saw you clapping your ass.” Martinez also claims the cop watched through a small window as she used the bathroom.

When the woman’s concerned boyfriend arrived at the station house, Gutierrez allegedly told her, “He doesn’t want to be with you anymore.”

After she was taken to Queens Central Booking, Gutierrez allegedly told her that she owed him a favor, and said, “I’m going to give you a call.”

Martinez was eventually charged with assault and resisting arrest and sentenced to two days of community service.

She is suing Gutierrez for $2 million.
