Considering AC’s proximity to the surf, it has taken surprisingly long for a casino there to offer a Vegas-style daytime experience. But this summer at Revel’s new HQ Beach Club, Angel Management Group and EMM Group take the big-time plunge. Angel’s Neil Moffitt promises day beds, cabanas, an L-shaped swimming pool, a DJ booth and a dance floor that will surely be a jam-up of visiting New Yorkers and local Jersey Shore types. Ever mindful of providing multiple experiences, he and his partners will offer the chilled-out Sunset Bar, along with harder-partying Veranda Bar. Top-caliber DJs are anticipated, and the sound system has been designed so that beats can be heard with crystal-clear fidelity throughout the venue. And because dancing under the sun works up an appetite, HQ Beach Club will have its own kitchen so revelers won’t have to leave the party when they need sustenance.
