James Bond busted

His name is Bond, James Bond — but he doesn’t want to admit it.

A Brooklyn bicyclist who was stopped for riding on the sidewalk and spitting made his trouble much worse when he didn’t want to admit he was named after the movie secret agent.

The 20-year-old Bond was stopped at Fulton and Pine streets in Cypress Hills just before 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to court documents.

When he was questioned by an officer, he allegedly told him that his name was “James Johnson,” and said that his birthday was on Dec. 19, 1994.

That’s a year after his actual birthday.

After cops found out his true name, he was charged with false identification and spitting.

Bond walked out of court yesterday, shaken not stirred, after a judge set him free.
