ROCKIES: Nicasio, a big 26-year-old from the Dominican Republic, struggled with his command last outing in San Francisco, allowing five walks and four runs in five innings of a no-decision. He has a 1.45 career WHIP and has never faced the Mets. Francis, 32, did not escape the second inning in his last start against the Giants, erasing the good vibes of a strong opening start.
