The ex-wife who says Manhattan “linen king” George Bardwil battered her is hitting back — with a $15 million lawsuit for “horrific acts of violence and intimidation” she claims she endured during their three-year marriage.
Emiko Bardwil, 27, hit her much-older ex-hubby with the suit Tuesday after bringing criminal charges against him last spring.
In court papers, Emiko said George called her a “slut and whore” and pounded her head on the floor of their East Side apartment.
A criminal-court judge ruled last fall that her injuries weren’t serious enough to warrant charges of first-degree assault, but George is still charged with second-degree assault.
George told The Post his ex is just making a money grab.
“Just the fact that she’s suing me, doesn’t that tell you she was out for money?” he said. “We had a good time. We had a good relationship. She was like two personalities. She loved me, and she wanted to get rich any way she could.”
He claimed Emiko’s injuries were self-inflicted.
