‘Hi, boys! got me again!’

You know summer has arrived — Long Island’s hot-dog hooker is under arrest again.

Catherine Scalia flirted with reporters and then launched into a dramatic rant in court yesterday — claiming cops unfairly targeted her in a prostitution bust.

“Hi boys! They got me again!” the handcuffed bun-slinger told a throng of reporters yesterday after cops arrested her for allegedly selling sex in Westbury.

Scalia, 47, who was sentenced in May 2012 to seven days in jail for turning tricks out of her hot-dog truck, smiled and waved at reporters in court — then grew stony after a judge set her bail at $10,000.

She entered a not-guilty plea and claimed cops are simply picking on her.

“They keep framing me!” she told Judge Colin O’Donnell, frankly. “There was no money exchanged! I did it for free. I’m broke, I’m jobless.”

She added she has four kids and no place to live.

“All these arrests are just entrapment!” she wailed. “I’m a bum in the street. I live in a camper!”

Scalia sported a black tracksuit and wild messy hair, mumbling to herself as officers escorted her out of the courtroom at Nassau County District Court in Hempstead.

Scalia landed in court after allegedly agreeing to have sex with an undercover police officer for $100 on Friday, court papers state.

The cop contacted her, requesting a “massage” at a Red Roof Inn at around 5:15 pm, according to cops and court documents. Scalia, who lives in East Rockaway, drove her hot-dog truck to meet the undercover John, a source said.

She allegedly began to rub his neck and upper back, and then agreed to have sex with the cop, according to court papers. She was charged with a felony count of unauthorized practice — she’s not a licenced massage therapist — and with prostitution, a misdemeanor. Scalia was taken to Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow for psychiatric evaluation on Friday, a source said.

It’s not the first time Scalia has run afoul of the law: Her rap sheet includes seven misdemeanors and four convictions, including a DWI. Last year, she was convicted of prostitution after offering to manually stimulate an undercover cop for $50. She pleaded guilty — then later showed up in court wearing a bikini top.

She was also busted for offering to pleasure an undercover cop in 2004. Back then, she handed out business cards that read “Strips R us” — encouraging customers to call for sexy off-the-menu items such as strip teases.

“This is what I love to do,” she said last year, “sell hot dogs and show off what I got a little bit. If you got it, flaunt it, that’s what I say.”
