Undiluted Pryor

The first African-American to host “Saturday Night Live,” Richard Pryor, who died in 2005, was a controversial comic whose act touched on racism, profanity and other flashpoint topics. He won multiple Grammy awards, an Emmy for writing on a Lily Tomlin special and enjoyed great success as an actor in films such as “Silver Streak” and “Blue Collar.” His only television series was canceled after four episodes and Pryor refused to soften his edges for the network censors. In a new Showtime documentary, comics such as George Lopez and Bob Newhart discuss Pryor’s legacy. The comic’s widow, Jennifer, is an executive producer.

With his fears fed by Hannibal, Will returns to Dr. Sutcliffe for more mental health tests, when the doctor is murdered.
