Wigged-out starlet Amanda Bynes told authorities she was sexually assaulted by the cops that arrested her, The Post has learned.

Bynes — who was busted last week on drug charges after allegedly tossing a bong from her high-rise window — claimed that two officers who hauled her in ran their fingers up her arm and one of them penetrated her with his finger, law- enforcement sources said.

Sources said the Internal Affairs Bureau is investigating Bynes’ assertion.

The troubled starlet made similar claims to her Twitter followers yesterday.

“I was sexually harassed by one of the cops,” she posted. “He slapped my vagina. Sexual harassment. Big deal.”

She also claimed that police accounts of her bong tossing are false.

“He lied and said I threw a bong out the window when I opened the window for fresh air. Hilarious,” tweeted Bynes, 27.

“I then called the cops on him,” she tweeted. “He handcuffed me, which I resisted, quite unlike any of the reports stated. Then I was sent to a mental hospital. Offensive.”

The former Nickelodeon actress — who appeared in court Friday wearing a tangled, peroxide-blond wig and sweat pants — said she wasn’t allowed to call her lawyer, and that no pot was found on her.

“That’s why the judge let me go,” she tweeted. “Don’t believe any reports.”
