Foul-mouthed flier kicks cop in the groin as she’s dragged from plane over cell phone

A foul-mouthed passenger had to be dragged from a Charlotte-bound flight by police after refusing requests to turn off her cell phone.

YouTube footage has surfaced showing the incident between Lindsay Bien-aime and Broward County Sheriff’s deputies on the US Airways flight about to leave in Fort Lauderdale.

Bien-aime can be heard demanding to be told why she was being hauled of the plane. She “was on her phone the whole time”, says a stewardess.

WARNING: BAD LANGUAGE

“I’ll hold up this whole [expletive] plane,” she said, according to KLTV. “I don’t care where people got to go. I don’t care.”

“Get off me…get off me!” she yelled as police started to forcibly remove her.

Bien-aime “scratched, kicked and violently resisted” attempts to be removed from the plane, according to a police report. One deputy was kicked in the groin, another was elbowed in the face and two other’s were scratched, the report says.

Bien-aime’s son, 2, was also present and can be heard in the footage telling his mom he’s “scared”.

The 22-year-old was charged with battery of a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest, according to reports.
