MANSFIELD, Conn. — The National Weather Service yesterday identified this week’s tornado as Connecticut’s fourth of the summer.

Starting at 5:19 p.m., Wednesday’s twister hit about 90 mph between Andover and Coventry before winding down 11 miles away in Mansfield.

Weather Service investigators said the worst damage was to a barn in Coventry that lost its roof.
