ISIAH THOMAS, FOULING OUT

Hall of Fame point guard Isiah Thomas apparently made one pass too many.

A Manhattan jury yesterday found that Thomas’ unwanted advances on, and multiple verbal insults of, former Madison Square Garden executive Anucha Browne Sanders constituted sexual harassment. The jurors also found MSG and its chairman, James Dolan, liable for creating a hostile work environment.

Thomas was spared punitive damages, but MSG must pay Sanders $8.6 million; Dolan is liable for $3 million.

So much for the thought that the once-proud Knicks franchise couldn’t be run any further into the ground . . .

The trial exposed Thomas as a boor with bizarre racial views: He said, for example, that he was fine with black men insulting black women – but that he’d have a problem if a white man did it.

New York, a city of all colors and backgrounds, has no room for people with such views – certainly not in such a high-profile position.

Dolan, of course, won’t fire himself, but he deserves to go, too.

With the NBA season about to tip off, what the “World’s Most Famous Arena” needs most is a fumigation.

Isiah Thomas’ expeditious departure would be a good start.
