LAURA Dern turned heads in Tallahassee this week, dressed for her role as Katherine Harris, the former Florida Secretary of State, in HBO’s new movie, “Recount.”
Filming got underway on the project on Monday.
The ambitious movie will aim to provide a balanced view of the 2000 presidential election and Florida recount, including the infamous “hanging chads.”
The movie will be ready to air sometime in the middle of next year’s Presidential campaign.
