GIDDY DIDDY GETS SPARED PAL-SLAP RAP

His Diddyness has dodged a bullet.

Prosecutors have declined to pursue criminal charges against Sean “Diddy” Combs in a nightclub slapfest with an acquaintance, Stephen Acevedo, the rap impresario’s attorney, Benjamin Brafman, said yesterday.

The investigation came to a halt after Acevedo, 31, appeared to stop cooperating with police – after accusing the rap star of sucker-punching him inside the exclusive SoHo club Upstairs on Oct. 13 after the two quarreled over women.

Acevedo’s attorney, Mark Jay Heller, said his client chose to take the “high road” because he believes in “good Karma.”
