The Bloomberg administration will introduce a bill in the City Council today that would allow the NYPD to regulate the high-tech chemical, biological and radiological detectors installed in New York buildings, The Post has learned.
Sources say the administration wants the NYPD to know the location of the detectors and to ensure that only detectors approved by FEMA are used.
