FOXY LET OUT OF THE HOLE

Jailed rap star Foxy Brown’s “Broken Silence” has come more than a month early – she’s been taken out of a segregated cell at Rikers Island, sources said yesterday.

The troubled diva earned a 76-day trip to the hole at the Rose M. Singer facility on Oct. 16 for allegedly taking part in a bloody shoving match with another inmate, being verbally abusive to guards and refusing to take a drug test.

But Foxy wasn’t quite so rowdy while she was being punished and was let out for good behavior after serving only 40 days, a Correction Department source told The Post.

Foxy, whose real name is Inga Marchand, is now back in general population, but under protective custody, a common practice for high-profile inmates.

She was sentenced to a year in prison Sept. 8, for probation violations.
